We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of four shopping centres across Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being hands-on across multiple sites. Regular travel between centres is a key part of the role and offers exposure to a diverse retail portfolio. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead day-to-day operations, compliance, WHS, and presentation standards across the portfolio Manage OPEX, R&M budgets, capital works, and contribute to monthly P&L reviews Oversee cleaning and security contractors, ensuring performance, compliance, and value for money Ensure assets are safe, compliant, and consistently presented to a high standard Monitor utilities, sustainability initiatives, and identify cost-saving opportunities Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring safety for all stakeholders Work closely with Centre Managers, Retail Managers, and National Operations teams Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders What You’ll Bring: Experience in shopping centre or commercial asset operations Strong knowledge of WHS, contractor management, and compliance Commercial acumen with budget and cost control experience Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills Flexibility to travel regularly across WA Why You’ll Love This Role: Ownership of a diverse multi-site retail portfolio Autonomy with strong support from a collaborative operations team A role where no two days are the same Opportunity to grow your career in a high-performing property environment
